Fisher-Price 3 in 1 High Chair to Boosters are now being recalled in the UK, because a child may fall from the seat if the back is not snapped in or if the booster seat is unlatched whilst the child is sitting in it.

The model number of the recalled item is P6028. The high chair has been sold since 9 February 2009 at various retailers.
