Your Baby’s Fruits and Veggies - MUST They be Cooked?

Do you automatically assume that any fruit or vegetable you prepare for your baby HAS to be cooked?
If so, then you’re not alone. But whilst cooking produce has some advantages (it reduces the allergenicity of certain fruits and vegetables, for example), it isn’t always necessary. When you consider that the cooking process usually contributes to some degree of nutrient loss, it makes sense to serve raw fruits and veggies to your baby where possible.
