Recall of Animal Tracking Explorer Kit (UK)

This isn’t a toy that you are likely to have bought for your baby - however, if you have bought the Animal Tracking Explorer Kit for older children then it’s important to be aware that it is being recalled because it contains a dangerous substance.
The kits should have contained Plaster of Paris to make casts - however, they were sold containing Calcium Hydroxide instead. This substance is an irritant which can cause burns to the eyes and skin.
If you have one of these kits with the bag marked ‘Plaster of Paris’ still inside, please throw it away in the household refuse immediately, making sure that you do not spill it on to skin or clothing. You are also advised to throw away any casts made with the kit. If you DO get Calcium Hydroxide on your skin, wash the area well with soap and water.
