Recall of Baby Quilts (Australia)

Morgan & Finch Baby Quilts with Hearts and Flowers are being recalled because the flower heads are not stitched on properly. This means they could easily come off and pose a choking hazard.

The quilts have an Item Code of 11985910 and were sold between February 2009 and May 2009 at Bed Bath n Table in:

* NSW
* QLD
* SA
* VIC
* WA

If you have one of these quilts, please stop using it and return it to your nearest Bed Bath n Table store for a full refund.
