Recall of Fresca Italia Burrata (San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California)

Fresca Italia, Inc. is recalling its Burrata (Italian cheese) because it may be contaminated by Listeria.
The cheese is packaged in a green and white plastic wrapper, weighs around 8.8oz and was distributed in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California.
The product name ‘Burrata’ and the manufacturer’s name ‘Caseificio Voglie di Latte’ are printed on the packaging. The only batch involved in this recall is labeled with the expiration date of 24/5/2008.
If you still have any Caseificio Voglie di Latte Burrata with this expiration date, then please return it to the store you bought it from for a full refund. If you have any questions, please contact the company at 415-468-9800.
