Recall of Children’s Toy Boxes‘What’s Inside?’ Soft Toy Boxes are being recalled by Lakeshore Learning Materials. The toy includes a stuffed butterfly – and the problem is that its head can come off, posing a choking hazard.

These toys were sold for about $40 by Lakeshore Learning Materials stores nationwide and Toys To Grow On™ catalogs from September 2008 through February 2009.

If you have one of these toys, please take it away from your child and contact Lakeshore at (800) 428-4414 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, who will provide you with a free replacement butterfly. Alternatively, visit their website.
