Recall of Evenflo Switch-A-Roo Telephone Toys (US)
Evenflo Switch-A-Roo Telephone Toys are being recalled because the mirror decal may peel away, posing a potential choking hazard.
The toys included in this recall were made between October 2008 and June 2009 and have a model number of 6391911. They were sold for around $8 at juvenile product stores across the US.
If you have one of these toys, you are advised to remove the mirror decal and throw it away.
