Recall of Jaloma Pacifiers (New Jersey/New York)
Jul 10th, 2009 by Christine
Jaloma Pacifiers are being recalled by Gromex because the mouth guard and ventilation holes are too small, which mean the pacifiers present a choking and aspiration hazard.
The pacifier has two ventilation holes, a round mouth guard and a ring shaped handle. There is a gel-like liquid inside the nipple and ‘Jaloma’ is printed on the mouth guard.
These pacifiers were sold for around $1 at retail stores in New Jersey and New York from February 2008 through March 2009.
If you have one of these pacifiers, please stop using it and contact Gromex collect at (973) 458-9399 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET. for a full refund.
