Recall of More Wal-Mart Key Chains (US)
Jun 20th, 2008 by Christine
Back in April we told you about a recall of key chains sold by Wal-Mart because they were too high in lead and presented a risk to young children who may mouth them.
The CPSC has just announced that MORE Wal-mart key chains are being recalled for the same reason.
The current recall affects key chains sold from April 2005 through June 2008 for between $ .50 and $6. They have several charms, including a heart, clover, leaf and a button, which hang from a silver-coloured chain. On the packaging, you can find the words ‘Hip Charm’ and the following UPC numbers
03156811032
03156811029
03156811019
03156811016
03156811018
03156811028
03156811030
If you have one of the affected key chains, please make sure you keep it away from your children and return it to your nearest Wal-mart for a full refund.
