Recall of Natural Greek Yogurt (US)

8 oz. and 16 oz packs of Kesso Foods Low fat All Natural Plain 2% Greek Thick Yogurt are being recalled because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.

The product involved has a ‘sell by’ date up to and including August 10, 2009. It contains nonfat dried milk manufactured by the Plainview Milk Products Cooperative of Plainview, MN – and it is this ingredient that may be contaminated with Salmonella.

The 8oz and 16oz white plastic containers of yogurt were distributed to retailers in New York State. The 8oz containers have a UPC number of 669541537767 and the 16 oz containers have a UPC number of 669541537774.
