Recall of Pacifiers (US)

It’s MY Binky Recalls Personalized Pacifiers are being recalled because the button, ring handle and shield with nipple can come off, obviously posing a choking hazard to babies.
The pacifiers involved in this recall have “Japlo” imprinted on the front of the pacifier shield at the bottom in the center. They were sold in pink, white and blue and have a variety of words and designs printed on the button.

The pacifiers were sold for between $5 and $6 at Nordstrom and baby boutique retail stores nationwide and online at www.itsmybinky.com from February 2006 through June 2008.
If your child is using one, please take it away and return it to the store you bought it from - or contact the company if you bought it online - to receive a free pacifier in replacement.
