Recall of Whole Cantaloupes (The Carolinas/Virginia)

Whole cantaloupes – sold between May 10-15, 2009 in Walmart Supercenter Stores in North Carolina and South Carolina, and in the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 315 Furr Street in South Hill, Virginia – are being recalled. This is because they may be contaminated by Salmonella.

If you bought cantaloupes from these Walmart stores during the dates shown, please don’t eat them – instead, you are advised to dispose of them.
