Boys Reversible Vests are being recalled by Bon-Ton Stores because the zipper does not meet the children’s torques test standards and may pose a choking hazard.
The products involved are “Ruff Hewn” reversible vests for boys. They are sold in toddler (style # F821235) and 4 through 7 sizes (style # F841235). They are brown and reverse to a camouflage print. You can find “Ruff Hewn” printed on the tag in the left pocket of the brown side and on the price tag. You can also find the style number printed on the price tag.
These vests were sold from July 2008 through November 2008 at Bon-Ton, Bergner’s, Boston Store, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s, Younkers, and Carson Pirie Scott stores nationwide and Parisian in the Detroit area for around $30.
If you have one of these vests, please take it away from your child and return it to the store you bought it from for a full refund.
