Only five more days until Christmas – and the excitement levels are high in our house as the older children help us prepare for the big day! For our youngest, little Joe, this will be a magical occasion – his very first Christmas – a wonderful milestone that we’ll be enjoying with many of you, who also have babies born this year!
Joe has been enthralled by the beautiful festive decorations on our island – particularly, of course, the lights – although he screamed at the sight of poor Santa (are there any babies out there who aren’t scared Father Christmas, I wonder?)
And we’re looking forward to having an extra little family member at the dinner table this Christmas, when we’ll be enjoying our traditional Christmas dinner (despite the fact that the temperatures here in the Bahamas have been decidedly un-Christmassy over the past few weeks)!
Which brings us round to the topic of today’s post – Christmas Baby Food Recipes for your tiny diner that will allow him to enjoy this special meal alongside the rest of the family!
If YOU’VE been wondering just what to feed your baby on the big day, then take a look at our Christmas Baby Food Recipes page!
We’ll help you decide which parts of the meal to share with your baby (and which to avoid) – plus we have a yummy recipe for baby’s homemade stuffing, a delicious vegetarian option and some super dessert ideas too!

My baby is just learning to like your brown rice recipe - mmm! Thanks! He's just six months old - so barely a beginner in the solid foods =)
