Graco and “Winnie the Pooh” Brand Cribs Included In Simplicity Recall

At the end of August we told you about the CPSC’s warning regarding the use of Simplicity Cribs (details here).

The CPSC has released another warning in connection with these cribs, stating that some bassinets in the original recall include the Graco logo and “Winnie the Pooh” motif licensed by Disney Consumer Products. Please check to make sure that you are not still using one of these dangerous cribs.

Walmart has to take it back and make them look up the recall on their website and give you a refund CASH without a receipt and they will ask for your DL.

Went to Walmart in Terre Haute, IN to return this Winnie The Pooh Bassinet, they told me there not aware of any recall on this item and do not know if there is anything they can do about it without a receipt. I explained this item was sold all the way back to 2002 to the present 2008 and I do'nt have a reciept. So I am trying to see what I can do else where to resolve this matter. As I wasgoing to use item in a Daycare center and know will not be able to.
