We had to share this great tip with you, passed on to us last week by another Mum.
She – like us – uses the Magic Bullet, which has a processing cup that screws on to the blade housing. The cup and the blade housing are dishwasher proof – but she found that bits of pureed food tended to stick around inside the blade housing and needed an extra scrub after being washed in the dishwasher.
We don’t actually HAVE a dishwasher (well, unless you count hubby!), but we still found our friend’s tip useful! What she suggests is pouring some warm water into the processing cup, adding a little dishwashing detergent, then running the processor with the water in it for around a minute.
Hey presto – no more stuck on food!
