As you introduce new foods to your baby, it’s a good idea to make a note of exactly WHAT you introduce and WHEN.
This is helpful for two reasons…
- If your baby then experiences any digestive upsets (constipation or excessive gas, for example) or even starts to display the symptoms of an allergic reaction, then it will be easy to identify which food caused the problem.
-
It allows you to look back and see exactly how much your baby is eating – handy information to have at your fingertips, particularly if it’s information requested by your little one’s doctor or other medical professional.
To make it easier for you to record details of your little one’s menu, we’ve just added a free, printable baby food diary to our site!
