BabyBjörn® Babysitter Balance and BabyBjörn® Babysitter Balance Air bouncer chairs are being recalled because they pose a potential laceration hazard.
The problem is caused by small, sharp metal objects found in the padded area that could protrude and possibly cut a child.
These bouncers have a red safety latch on the height adjustment mechanism and a plastic footrest with the BabyBjörn® logo. The models and colours being recalled are

These items were sold for between $170 and $190 by baby product retailers and various mass merchants nationwide, online retailers and catalogs from September 2008 through July 2009.
