Recall of Baby Walkers (US)

Baby Walkers are being recalled by Suntech Enterprises because they can fit through a standard doorway and do not have enough stair-fall protection to stop them falling down stairs. This, of course, poses an extreme hazard for babies using these walkers.

The baby walkers have a plastic frame, with four wheels and eight brake pads. The walkers were sold in blue, pink, and green with a white activity tray and patterned, vinyl seat. You can find the item number WK110 or WK112 printed on the side of the packaging.

The walkers were sold for between $25 and $30 at small juvenile product stores in California, Illinois, New York and Texas from January 2007 through December 2009.

If you have one of these walkers, please take it away from your baby at once and return it to the store you bought it from, where you’ll be given a full refund.

If you need more information, please contact Suntech Enterprises toll-free at (888) 268-8139 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.
