Children’s Storage Bins sold at Lowe’s Stores nationwide are being recalled because their surface paints may be high in lead.
The wooden storage bins with scalloped edges were sold in two colours – pastel pink or green.
The green bins have an Item Number of 226782 and the pink storage bins have an Item Number of 226781 – you can find these numbers on the bottom of the bin. These are the only bins included in this recall.
These items were sold for around $6 from March 2007 through February 2008 – if you bought any,please stop using them and take them back to your nearest Lowe’s store for a full refund.
