Evenflo is recalling its convertible high chairs because the high chair tray can unexpectedly come off. If the child inside is not restrained, then this poses an obvious fall hazard.
About 35,000 highchairs are involved in this recall. The products involved convert from a high chair to toddler-size table and chair. The model names and numbers involved are:

You can find the model number on a label on the lower part of one of the high chair’s legs.
These high chairs were sold for about $40 from December 2011 to June 2012 at Toys “R” Us and Walmart stores across America and online at Walmart.com and Wayfair.com.
If you have one of these highchairs, please contact Evenflo at (800) 233-5921 between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit their website. You will be issued with a new highchair tray, along with the instructions for installation and use.
