Deep Blue Learn to Swim-Swim Seat flotation devices are being recalled by Playcorp Pty Ltd because there is a risk that they may deflate during use.
The product consists of a blue coloured inflatable seat within a yellow inflatable square.
It comes in two sizes: Size 1 (Style number 81379 & APN number 9312260058013) and Size 2 (Style number 81380 and APN number 9312260058020). You can find the APN number and the style numer on the bottom right hand corner of the back panel of the packaging.
These seats were sold throughout Australia in Coles and K-Mart stores during the period of time from 1 January 2007 to 27 October 2008.
Please stop using this seat immediately if you have one. You can return it to the store you bought it from – or directly to Playcorp – for a full refund.
