LittleLife Discoverer Child Carriers are being recalled because the bolts that attach the carrier’s main frame to the metal stand are missing. This can cause the carrier to disconnect from the stand and fall backwards.
The carrier involved is the LittleLife Discoverer. “LittleLife” is printed on the back and you can find the number LS55060 printed on a tab underneath the care label.
The carriers were sold from January 2011 through July 2011 for about $200 at:

If you have one of these carriers, please stop using it and check to see if there are two bolts on each side at the point where the main frame is attached to the metal stand.
