It’s a bit of a worry when the locks designed to keep your baby safe don’t work properly – but, unfortunately, that’s exactly the situation we want to warn you about today!
Around 183,000 toilet locks and 685,000 cabinet locks are being recalled by Safety 1st because they can be disengaged by children… posing obvious hazards!
The products involved in this recall are Safety 1st Sure Fit toilet locks with model numbers 48003 and 48103 and Safety 1st cabinet slide locks with model numbers 12013 and 12014.
These products were sold from January 2005 through April 2010 at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Burlington Coat Factory, Great Beginnings, Home Depot, Target and Walmart, and online via Amazon.
If you have any of these locks, please stop using them and contact DJG toll-free at (877) 416-8105 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit their website. You will be issued with replacement locks.
