Recall of Zooper Tango Double Strollers (US)

Zooper Tango Double Strollers are being recalled by Lan Enterprises because the frame latch above the front wheels can fail when the stroller hits an object. This could cause the stroller to collapse – obviously presenting a hazard to baby!

2007 and 2008 Zooper Tango double strollers with a model number of SL808B and SL808F are included in this recall. You can find the model numbers printed on the original packaging (if you still have it).

Zooper stroller recall

The production dates of the strollers range from January 1, 2007, through April 30, 2008. You can find the production date printed on the warning label attached to the seat. The word “Zooper” is printed on the stroller canopy and grab bar and the website address (www.zooper.com) is printed on the basket under the stroller seat.

These strollers were sold at juvenile product and mass merchandise retailers nationwide. They were also sold online by sites including www.albeebaby.com and www.babiesrus.com, from January 2007 through August 2008 for between $400 and $430.

If you have one of the recalled models, please contact Zooper USA toll-free at (888) 966-7379 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday to receive a free repair kit. Alternatively, please visit their website.
