Why You Should Never Force Your Baby to Eat

We often receive e-mails from visitors asking how they can make their babies eat more at each mealtime. Occasionally, worried parents will even ask if they should ‘force’ their reluctant little ones to eat – fearing deficiencies in certain nutrients if they don’t.

Quite aside from the near impossibility of ‘forcing’ a baby to eat, there are also long term implications involved with persuading your baby to consume more calories than he appears to actually want!
