If you’re thinking about introducing liver to your baby, then you might be a little confused by some of the information you’ve read about it.
On the one hand, many sources will tell you that liver is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals… on the other hand, you probably recall being told NOT to eat liver whilst you were pregnant.
So is it OK to feed liver to your baby now?
The answer is that babies may eat liver – but only in moderation (and with a doctor’s consent, of course). Too much liver can actually be harmful to baby.
