Recall of Valco Baby Jogging Strollers (US)

Valco Baby Tri Mode Single and Twin Jogging Strollers are being recalled because they may present a strangulation hazard to baby if the harness is not used. This is due to the fact that the opening between the grab bar and seat bottom of the stroller is large enough for a baby’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck by the grab bar.

This recall involves the removable, optional grab bar on Tri Mode Single and Twin strollers. You can find the words “Valco Baby” printed on the head rest and the padding on the footboard.

You can find the stroller’s model numbers on a white sticker on the left hand side of brake bar. The following model numbers are included:

If you have one of the affected strollers, please remove the grab bar and contact Valco Baby to receive a free replacement grab bar.
