Recall of Video Baby Monitors (US)

Circus World is recalling its Levana Wireless Video Baby Monitors because the wiring in the camera can overheat and emit smoke, posing a burn hazard.

These monitors were sold for around $200 at BB Buggy and Health and Safety stores nationwide and on the Internet between February 2010 and May 2010. They have the model number LV-TW300 and a white and green receiver front, with six round buttons and the printed word “Levana”. They are 7 inches tall and come with a stand/base. The white cameras are about 5 inches tall, with a 3 1/2 inch long white base. The camera can rotate in various directions and both the camera and receiver have their own A/C adapters.

If you have one of these monitors, please stop using it and return it directly to CWD for a refund or replacement with a different model. You should include the entire product, your complete name, mailing address and phone number in the package and send it to:
